Join us for the indigenous Connectivity Summit in Santa Fe November 8 and 9 at the Hotel Santa Fe. Two days of training on the 6th and 7th will offer an introduction to Community Networking.followed by two days of sessions exploring IT access and education in rural and indigenous communities. Seeded by New Mexico TechWorks and 66andCo, the event is co-hosted by the Internet Society with New Mexico TechWorks, the 1st-mile Institute and First Mile Connectivity Consortium. The event is sponsored by Google. ICANN, ARIN, and REdiNet. Civic leaders and community members are also invited to join us at a Reception on Wednesday, November 8 from 4:30 to 5:30.
New Mexico TechWorks is a community coalition to support New Mexico Emergent Media and Technologies and implement the White House TechHire initiative. TechHire is a multi-sector effort to give Americans pathways to well-paying technology jobs.
