Los Alamos ScienceFest is currently seeking Science and Tech companies to showcase their work or even host an activity or demo during Festival Day this summer from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, July 14. ScienceFest brings family-fun to downtown Los Alamos, where attendees can visit tents with interactive science demos, a kids’ activity area, music, food, beverages and live musical performances.
Register to Participate! Early-bird exhibitor registration is FREE now until May 31.
ScienceFest will also be offering a free IMPACT TRAINING the week before....Subject-matter experts in any STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) field who would like to develop their skills in speaking and working with the public are invited to learn more about how to engage with the public to increase their impact with audiences in a variety of settings including schools and other outreach events. The seminar is based on the "Portal to the Public" curriculum developed through the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, and is used by more than 60 institutions nationwide. Those who participate (the seminar is limited to 10 companies) will receive free registration, tent, booth, table and chairs at ScienceFest. If you’re interested in the Impact Training, please contact Lauren McDaniel at email@example.com.
