Alexandra began her journey in Texas, working for Whole Foods Market, where she began her career in marketing. She took on a number of various duties, such as creating, planning, organizing and executing events, educating guests on wellness, creating marketing content, doing demos for the demo team, and learning graphic design to assist the graphic artist there. Alexandra was swept up by a full spectrum digital marketing agency which hired her to run many of their operations such as creating and managing their contact database, maintaining email and phone communications with clients, creating marketing and content strategy, and all manner of content creation from articles to press releases to web content and more, as well as learning WordPress web design and Search Engine Optimization. Alexandra went on to start her own small business, working one on one with those needing help in the realm of WordPress web design, SEO, graphic design and content creation. In recently returning to New Mexico, she connected with Jennifer Nevarez and has become the Marketing Director of NM TechWorks’ initiatives, since it aligns with her goals of genuinely helping others. Education is also close to her heart, and she believes it is invaluable. She's beginning to teach courses in the fields of her specialty and has a website of her own, both of which you can reach below. Join her on May 20th and 21st at MAKE Santa Fe for the first two in a series of courses on digital marketing: Web Design 101 and Content Writing/Search Engine Optimization.
